These are the Cyber Flirt Socks designed by Mary McCall in the book The Joy of Sox by Linda Kopp. They were made with Malabrigo Kettle Dyed Pure Merino Wool, worsted weight, in Buscando azul color 186. This is extremely soft yarn..is like butter! It is lovely to work with. I'm intending these socks to be more like slippers since they're too thick to fit in shoes and pure merino might not be very durable. Made with US3/3.25mm needles and US9/5.5mm to bind off.

Field Poppy Pin
This poppy pin was made with sock yarn and size 2 needles according to the pattern found on the Lion Brand website cache.lionbrand.com/faq/498.html?www=1&language=
I added a safety pin to the back to make it wearable. The red sharpie pen is just there for scale and color.
